These signature Weekender totes were designed by us and handcrafted by the very talented @fraulehman in her magical workshop in the Oltrano neighborhood of Florence. This model was crafted from Italian leather sourced at a local tannery. It is cut in that natural tan that only gets better with age. The extension portion is constructed from a piece of vintage Japanese indigo Boro cloth, reinforced to withstand the wear and tear that travel requires. The handles and shoulder strap are made of a sturdier leather and all hardware is of solid brass.

These beauties are crafted from vintage quilts sourced throughout the Midwest of the US. Each one is totally unique, and this one has a cotton stripe lining of the highest quality. The hand beaded logo was stitched entirely in-house from tiny glass beads, and took a gajillion hours to finish, so this may be the last one ever made in this style!
